CVWC Reporting GPT Terms of Use

Purpose and access

CVWC Reporting GPT is an internal reporting tool for Chippewa Valley Wedding Crashers. Access is limited to people authorized by Chippewa Valley Wedding Crashers.

The tool is intended to retrieve QuickBooks financial reports and analyze them alongside SMPL business records for internal business reporting.

Permitted use

Authorized users may use the tool only for legitimate CVWC business purposes. Users must have permission to access the connected records and must not share confidential information with unauthorized people.

The QuickBooks integration is intended for report retrieval only. It is not intended to create, change or delete accounting records.

Report accuracy

AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions. Users must verify material figures against the original records before making financial decisions. Reports must distinguish accounting revenue from customer payments and contracted booking values.

Third-party services

The tool depends on third-party services including QuickBooks, SMPL and ChatGPT. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms. Availability and functionality may change.

Access termination

Chippewa Valley Wedding Crashers may restrict or discontinue access to the tool.
